GROOMS JOBS BOARD

Looking for staff for general stable management (mucking out, hay, feed & water, turning out and bringing in etc) plus preparing horses and tack for lessons and polo matches.Some experience of riding and horse care would be preferable.

Opportunities for riding, lessons, hacking, even some hunting and jumping. Happy to tailor roles to individual skills and aptitudes.

Can be a very busy and high tempo environment when preparing for competition, but very social and fun when the dust settles! Looking for keen and reliable team players who are at their best when the pressure is on!

Working in a professional sporting team will require an apprentice to work calmly under pressure. Safety of horse and rider is always paramount so it is important all team members are conscientious and quick to seek help or advice if unsure of anything.

usual days of work would be Wednesday to Sunday, 40 hours a week with some flexibility during busier times.

Possibility of accommodation and livery for own horse.
