Enthusiastic and motivated person sought after for Rehab and event yard in Northamptonshire. Must be confident handling fit event horses, and fresh rehab horses that have potentially been box rested for long periods of time. The right candidate will be given full training, the opportunity to ride, gain lots of experience in different aspects, and be part of a fun and enjoyable team!

 Duties will include

  • Mucking out
  • Turning out/bringing in
  • Poo Picking
  • Tack cleaning
  • Tacking up
  • Feeding
  • Filling hay nets
  • Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming
  • Bathing
  • Rug changing
  • Schooling
  • Riding
  • First aid
  • Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.)
  • Holding for vet/farrier/dentist
  • Basic Stretching
