Training will be given but we do need someone who is used to the basics of handling perhaps through their own horse/pony, and is confident with big, strong horses. Plenty of oversight and training available. All usual yard duties expected as well as field and arena maintenance. Yard manager and estate manager are experienced event riders and the estate manager is a BE Accredited coach. Staff are expected to work 7am/7.30am-4pm/4.30pm but time for training can be given most afternoons.
