GROOMS JOBS BOARD

We are a well established sport horse stud and AI centre. We specialise in stallion and mare reproductive services including semen freezing, AI and embryo transfer. We foal approximately 30 mares a year, our own and for clients. Throughout the stud season we have a daily visit from our specialist stud vet from Rossdales.We offer youngstock and broodmare livery and also have a livery yard on site.

We also have our own sports horse breeding programme, primarily of show-jumpers withall our mares having had highly successful careers in sport themselves or are from well proven mare families,

We have excellent facilities, coupled with a highly experienced team so learn from and train alongside.

This is a fast paced non riding position suited to a candidate wishing to focus on the care of horses and especially suited to someone with an interest in the breeding industry.

Duties to include mucking out, turning horses in and out and bringing mares in for scanning, filling haynets and feeding.

Competitive salary, 40-48 hour week depending on age of candidate.
