GROOMS JOBS BOARD

Experienced Event Groom required for Izzy White Eventing.

We are a family run, professional event yard with horses from 3 yrs to 5*.

We are looking for someone with a true interest in the eventing world who will love and care for the horses to the highest standard and take great pride in their work.

You must be confident handling fit competition horses and youngsters and have experience working on a large competition yard. You will need to be mature and practically minded, have good communication skills and be able to take sole charge when required.

You must be able to ride well and as a minimum be able to hack out fit event horses and lunge proficiently. Galloping and school work are possible depending on experience.

You will need to turn out to a very high standard, clip, trim etc.. with a good eye for detail.

Ideally an HGV driver, but this is not essential as training could be available for the right person.

The position includes all the usual yard duties, as well as exercising the horses and grooming at events.

It is a great opportunity to work in a fun, hard working team with lovely quality horses.

Own horse welcome and training available with fantastic facilities. The position includes travel to events at home and abroad.
