GROOMS JOBS BOARD

Jedd OKeeffe Racing Ltd are looking for an Assistant Yard Manager to join our successful dual-purpose racing yard. The role demands an individual with a strong work ethic, and a passion for horseracing to co-lead a friendly, enthusiastic team alongside the Assistant Trainer and Pupil Assistant Trainer.

The candidate must have prior experience of handling racehorses, and be a very capable rider with experience of riding fast work.

A clean, valid driving licence is a requirement of this role.

Ideally, the individual will be qualified to L3 Senior Equine Groom Apprenticeship Standard but a commitment to working towards this level would be considered.

Feeding Mucking out Riding out Grooming Promoting equine wellbeing Working with industry professionals Management of a team Sole yard responsibility on 1 in 3 weekends Opportunities Include:
