We are looking for a stud hand with equine experience to join our small team in Co. Durham. The ideal applicant would have stud experience, be confident handling broodmares and their young stock and have experience in sales preparation. The role will include handling broodmares and their young stock, working under the direction of the stud manager and assisting with all vet and farrier work, alongside general stud work and upkeep of the farm. Some knowledge of tractor/paddock work an advantage.

Candidate must be enthusiastic, have a good attitude to work and be able to work as part of a team. Workings hours are 7.30am 4.00pm Monday to Friday and weekends in rotation.
