GROOMS JOBS BOARD

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and experienced Groom to join our friendly team at a busy riding school.

The successful applicant will be confident handling a variety of horses and ponies and able to work efficiently as part of a busy yard.

Duties will include:
Mucking out and maintaining a high standard of yard cleanliness
Feeding, haying and watering
Turning out and bringing in
Grooming and preparing horses for lessons
Tacking up and untacking
General horse care and yard duties
Keeping an eye on the health and wellbeing of our horses and ponies
Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the riding school

We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced and confident around horses
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to work to a good standard without constant supervision
Friendly and able to work well within a team
Happy working in a busy, active environment
Committed to maintaining excellent standards of horse welfare
