A great opportunity for a Trainee to join the team.  Experience with horses is necessary.

We are an approved BHS Riding School and Livery Yard Located in 73 Acres of open countryside.  We have both indoor and outdoor riding arenas as well as fantastic off-road hacking.

A possibility to ride if experienced

General duties to include;

  • Mucking out
  • Turning out/bringing in
  • Tack cleaning
  • Tacking up
  • Feeding
  • Filling hay nets
  • Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming
  • Bathing
  • Rug changing
  • Paddock maintenance
  • Schooling
  • Riding
  • First aid
  • Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.)
  • Holding for vet/farrier/dentist
