GROOMS JOBS BOARD

Vere and Clea  Phillipps have a vacancy for an apprentice to join their highly successful team, the applicant must be confident and competent as the horses are young, fit and strong; there will also be three year old National hunt store horses to handle and prep for the sales so again this position would not suit someone that has no experience. This is a predominately non riding position but if the applicant was an experienced rider there would be opportunity to ride. The yard competes regularly in both show jumping and eventing so there would be lots of opportunity to groom at competitions.

All general yard duties, mucking out, prepping National hunt store horses for the May sales, grooming at competitions, handling young stock, keeping the yard tidy, lunging, riding based on ability.
