A great position for an apprentice groom with some of the best training facilities and competition establishments in the UK for all disciplines
We have 20 horses and there will be riding for the right person
General duties to include;
- Mucking out
- Turning out/bringing in
- Tack cleaning
- Tacking up
- Feeding
- Filling hay nets
- Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming
- Bathing
- Rug changing
- Paddock maintenance
- Schooling
- Riding
- First aid
- Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.)
- Holding for vet/farrier/dentist
