GROOMS JOBS BOARD

We are a training and livery yard for clients with their own horses, training up to Grand Prix levels.

Training horse only or horse and rider.

Breaking in young horses for clients and our own foals and young stock

We are also a breeding yard, breeding dressage horses for competition.

Owner Daniel Watson competes internationally for Great Britain abroad and at home at GP level

An apprentice will gain a lot of experience as we are so versatile being a professional yard managed by Craig Messenger

Duties will include

• Mucking out
• Turning out/bringing in
• Tack cleaning
• Tacking up
• Feeding
• Filling hay nets
• Clipping/pulling/plaiting/trimming
• Bathing
• Rug changing
• Schooling
• Riding
• First aid
• Exercising horses from the ground (lunging, horse walker, long reining, pessoa training etc.)
• Holding for vet/farrier/dentist
