Password assistance
Please enter the email address that is associated with your BGA account, afterwards an email will be sent to you which contains your username and access to change your password. This email can somtimes take a short time to appear so please be patient, if the email still hasn't appeared after a few minutes be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

If you no longer use or have access to the email address associated with your account then you should contact us for help restoring access to your account
Do you use Hotmail or Outlook?
If you have a hotmail or outlook email address for reasons that we simply don't understand or control, hotmail and outlook email accounts require you to add our emails to your safe senders list. see instructions here.
