Shadwell Stud, a world-renowned thoroughbred breeding and pre-training operation, is seeking aflexible, enthusiastic and dedicated Groomto join our highly respected team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about horse care and keen to develop their skills within a professional and supportive environment.

This varied role involves working across bothpre-trainingandrehabilitationareas, ensuring the highest standards of care for horses ranging fromyearlings and 2-year-oldsto horses returning from injury.

You will be part of a friendly, knowledgeable team where no two days are the same. Flexibility, teamwork and a positive attitude are essential.

Horse Care & Handling
? Daily husbandry: mucking out, feeding, grooming, bandaging
? Handling and leading horses confidently, including colts
? Supporting treadmill, water treadmill, swimming and rehabilitation routines
? Preparing horses for sales with a willingness to attend bloodstock sales

Yard & Estate Duties
? General yard and paddock maintenance
? Operating machinery such as tractors (training provided)
? Supporting farriers, physios and vets
? Travelling horses between locations as required
