Based near Naunton in the Cotswolds, Ben Pauling Racing is seeking a motivated and experienced Head Person to join our King George-winning team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a young, enthusiastic group of staff and horses in a progressive, high-performing yard. Were looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a great eye for detail, and a passion for National Hunt racing.
