I am a BHS Accredited Professional Groom, providing mobile equine services in & around Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Glossop and the High Peak.
I have experience of owning & handling all types, sizes & ages of horses spanning over 40 years, and I've been working in the equine industry for the last 20 years. I am calm, quiet & patient, completely reliable & I pride myself on working efficiently, with attention to detail. I have daily, hands on experience and regular sole care of horses that have both acute and chronic illnesses such as Laminitis, White Line Disease, Uveitis, EMS, PPID, COPD, Sweet Itch, Allergies, Poor Dentition, etc, I am confident with administering medication and changing dressings. And I can make suitable adjustments and provide the extra tlc required in old age.My services include: Tailored livery at your home, yard or DIY premises. Providing both regular or ad hoc cover. Clipping is a passion for me! I have multiple sets both mains & cordless clippers, and always welcome first time or nervous horses. Traditional or humane mane & tail pulling, Hot bathing service, Genital hygiene cleans for both geldings, stallions & mares. Lunging & Schooling, Holding for the vet / farrier / dentist / physio etc
