FINALIST IN ASSOCIATION EXCELLENCE AWARDS

We are delighted that the BGA has been selected as a finalist in the Innovation category for the 2015 Association Excellence Awards.

These annual awards bring together an outstanding panel of judges, representing associations from every sector, and recognise individuals, teams and initiatives and highlight excellence in how associations operate and serve their members.

The BGA has been recognised for the innovation of its’ news Equine Employers Zone. The winner is announced at the Awards Lunch on the 27th February 2015.

Executive Director, Lucy Katan, says, “ It is fantastic that the judges have awarded us the accolade of being a finalist at this year’s Awards. We are really proud to sit alongside some established and well known membership organisations.

The BGA is a small, yet rapidly growing membership association with a big heart and even bigger responsibility. The Employers Zone was launched at a result of the volume of calls we were receiving from employers asking for help on a wide range of matters surrounding employing their staff.

We now have over 150 equestrian employers signed up and this number is growing weekly – for just £37.50 per annum it really is a no brainer for any equestrian business.”
