BGA HELPS EQUINE ELITE TO SUPPORT EMPLOYERS

The BGA is delighted to be working alongside leading recruitment agency Equine Elite to enable their registered employers to get a free taster six months to the BGA’s Employers Zone.

Sarah Huntley from Equine Elite says, “The British Grooms Association is a brilliant organisation that I am proud to support. All Equine Elite-placed grooms already receive a year’s membership to the BGA, and I am now extending those benefits to employers too – providing all new Equine Elite clients with a six-month complimentary access to the BGA’s new Employers Zone. The BGA and I are equally passionate about encouraging and supporting both employers and employees in the equestrian industry. Together, we are determined to improve opportunities in the equestrian industry for all by providing appropriate education, support and advice.”

Access to the Employers Zone is normally £29.50 per annum, but we are delighted to be working with Sarah to give all of her employers a complimentary six months access, with the hope that clients find the service valuable and so renew for the future.

Here at the BGA we understand the complexities of being an employer in the equestrian industry. Designed and developed for those that employ staff in the equestrian environment, this invaluable resource provides employers with advice and support for those running an equestrian business.

The Employers Zone covers a wide range of topics, including:
•    Recruitment
•    Contracts of Employment
•    Managing staff
•    Disciplining staff
•    Staff illness
•    Redundancy
•    Termination
•    Pregnancy
Employers Zone access also includes a FREE HR Advice Line as well as a discount on accountancy services.
