The BGA is delighted to join forces with Caroline Carter Recruitment, leading international equine recruitment agency for employers and jobseekers.
With over 25 years industry experience Caroline felt that the more traditional agencies were struggling to adapt to the changing market dynamics when it came to matching suitable grooms and employers and so created The Grooms List.

Caroline Carter, Managing Director says, “In teaming up with the BGA/EEA The Grooms List by Caroline Carter Recruitment, is a natural fit. The Grooms List has a clear and simple strategy, to match good grooms and equestrian job seekers with good employers to the benefit of all involved. It really is time to do things differently and the traditional agencies simply no longer fulfil the needs of most job seekers and employers. With all our services focussed on quality, this can be the only way forward”

Lucy Katan, Executive Director of the BGA added, “At the BGA we are passionate about promotion good employment and a professional work force. Caroline’s ethos really matches that of the BGA and so we are delighted to be working more closely with her to continue to have a positive impact on the industry.”

The Grooms List is the fastest growing agency in the UK and abroad. Backed by a loyal following of grooms and employers www.thegroomslist.co.uk is the place to go. Caroline and her friendly team are experienced and have the most efficient and effective website in the industry.
