BGA Meets with FEI

On Tuesday 11th February the British Grooms Association (BGA) attended a meeting with the FEI in Lausanne -Switzerland, to discuss the content in the session on Grooms at the next FEI Sports Forum in April.

BGA’s Executive Director, Lucy Katan, said, “We held a very positive meeting with FEI President Ingmar De Vos and other FEI representatives.

I was proud to be able to demonstrate how the BGA is the world leader in grooms representation, support, education and mental health wellbeing advocacy.

The FEI Sports Forum presents a fantastic opportunity to now develop further and influence internationally, and I look forward to presenting in April.

I commend the FEI, and Ingmar particularly, for bringing grooms onto the agenda.

It was an honour to be invited to join the meeting, with BGA Ambassador Jackie Potts and BGA member and owner of Show Grooms International Alison McIver.”

Come and join the BGA today.
