Good Employment Week is an initiative aimed at championing fair, professional, kind and compliant employment practices across the equestrian industry.

Running from 18-22 November, this important campaign is run by the Equestrian Employers Association and highlights the importance of creating positive, supportive and legally compliant workplaces that attract and retain talented grooms.

Grooms like you.

You can check if you’re employed correctly on the BGA website. As a member you’ll also get access to lots of handy online tools to support you in your equestrian career.

And don’t forget Give your Staff a Pizza Day on Friday 22nd November. Will your yard be taking part? Let us know, share your photos with us or tag us on social media!

Join us in helping set the gold standard for employment in the equestrian world.
