Ben Pauling Racing is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Barn Manager to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art yard in the heart of the Cotswolds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about Jumps racing, who thrives in a team environment and takes pride in high standards of horse care and stable management.

What were looking for:

Previous experience in a similar role or within a professional racing yard

Strong leadership and communication skills

A hands-on, can-do attitude

Commitment to excellent horse welfare and yard presentation

Ability to work as part of a close-knit and motivated team

Please note this is preferably a riding role
