GROOMS JOBS BOARD

We are looking for an experienced full-time Head Person to join our friendly and enthusiastic team at Paul and Oliver Cole's Whatcombe Racing, a leading flat racing yard.

As a key member of the management team, you will oversee the stable staff and horses, ensuring the smooth running of the yard. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate a team, and a passion for horse care. Applicants must be competent riders able to ride work to a high standard and maintain an appropriate riding weight for a flat yard.

You should have a good level of knowledge in horse care, feeding, and related areas, but we are happy to support those who are willing to learn and develop their skills further. You must also work well under pressure, communicate effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.
